The collaboration enables employees to order meals from Swiggy’s vast restaurant network and charge them directly to the company account, eliminating the need for reimbursements. With real-time expense tracking, policy compliance, and automated billing, the alliance aims to bring unprecedented convenience and transparency to corporate dining—a segment that constitutes over 11% of total business travel spending in India.

The partnership between myBiz and Swiggy represents a seamless convergence of travel management and digital food services. Corporate travelers using myBiz can now switch to “Corporate Mode” on the Swiggy app and settle payments through the myBiz wallet, with all expenses instantly recorded in the organization’s accounting system. This eliminates manual documentation and ensures real-time visibility for finance teams.

Through the “Bill to Company” feature, employees simply link their corporate credentials once to activate direct billing. Meals ordered under this mode are charged automatically to the company’s myBiz account, enabling easy tracking, approval, and compliance with corporate expense policies.

Swiggy’s extensive reach—spanning over 2.6 lakh restaurants across 720+ cities and 40,000+ dine-out partners in more than 50 cities—provides comprehensive coverage for business travelers nationwide.
