In a significant move to integrate contemporary defense narratives into education, NCERT has included “Operation Sindoor” in school textbooks, complemented by specially designed learning modules. The initiative aims to provide students with a deeper understanding of India’s strategic and military operations, fostering awareness of national security and patriotic engagement from an early age. The modules are structured to combine historical context, tactical insights, and critical thinking exercises, allowing students to analyze real-life defense scenarios in a classroom setting.
