Indian cryptocurrency exchange CoinDCX has reported a significant security breach resulting in the loss of approximately Rs. 367 crore (equivalent to USD 44 million). The incident, which stemmed from a compromise involving one of its externally integrated systems, has raised concerns about cybersecurity vulnerabilities in the digital asset space. Despite the breach, the company emphasized that no user funds were impacted and that it has initiated corrective measures, including collaboration with cybersecurity experts and law enforcement.
