CJ Logistics Corporation, a South Korean global logistics leader, has increased its stake in its Indian subsidiary CJ Darcl Logistics from 50% to 56% through a strategic investment of USD 32 million (approximately Rs. 272 crore). The move is part of a broader effort to fortify the company’s financial base and accelerate its expansion across India’s rapidly evolving logistics landscape.
