A helicopter crash in Uttarakhand's Gangnani area has resulted in the deaths of five people and injuries to two others. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) has initiated an investigation into the cause of the crash. The incident, which occurred on the Rishikesh-Gangotri National Highway, involved a helicopter operated by private company AeroTrans Services Pvt Ltd.
