Urban Company, India’s leading tech-enabled home services platform, made a powerful entry into the capital markets with an initial public offering (IPO) that drew unprecedented investor interest. The Rs. 1,900 crore issue was oversubscribed more than 100 times, signaling strong confidence from both institutional and retail investors. On debut, shares listed at a premium of over 57% on the National Stock Exchange and 56% on the Bombay Stock Exchange, far exceeding grey market expectations.
