In the wake of the tragic Air India crash in Ahmedabad, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) has urged Tata Sons to extend financial support to the families of the deceased and injured students of BJ Medical College. The appeal follows Tata Group’s announcement of Rs. 1 crore compensation to families of victims onboard the aircraft and on-site. The IMA highlighted the role of these medical students as future healthcare providers and emphasized the importance of equitable compassion.
