The sold area reached 13.94 lakh sq ft, with an average realisation of Rs. 13,648 per sq ft. The company also logged its best-ever first half, with cumulative sales of Rs. 3,981.4 crore.

The company’s impressive performance was driven by resilient housing demand across major markets, led primarily by Bengaluru, which contributed nearly 70% of total sales. With a total saleable area of 13.94 lakh sq ft and an average realization of Rs. 13,648 per sq ft, Sobha continues to strengthen its market position amid India’s ongoing residential boom.

Sobha Ltd, a prominent player in India’s real estate sector, posted a strong performance for the first quarter of FY26, registering an 11% year-on-year increase in total sales value to Rs. 2,079 crore. The company also saw a healthy uptick in volumes, booking 1.56 million square feet during the quarter, while average realisations improved by 6% to Rs. 13,357 per square foot. This steady growth highlights Sobha’s resilience amid broader industry challenges, driven by sustained demand in residential markets and its strategic execution across key geographies.

Sobha Ltd, one of India's prominent real estate developers, reported a 22% increase in sales bookings during the fourth quarter of FY2025, reaching Rs 1,835.7 crore, reflecting growing demand for housing. While the company's overall sales bookings for the fiscal year declined slightly to Rs 6,276.5 crore, compared to Rs 6,644.1 crore in FY2024, its performance in Q4 highlights a strong recovery in the housing market.
