As part of its ongoing efforts to meet the evolving needs of its Indian customer base, Singapore Airlines is set to launch a revamped dining experience for its premium passengers. Starting May 1, 2025, the airline will introduce upgraded versions of its Shahi Thali and Ruchi Thali meals, designed in collaboration with renowned chef Sanjeev Kapoor. These new menu options will be available on flights between India and Singapore, showcasing the airline's commitment to offering a unique and culturally rich dining experience for its passengers.
