State-owned construction and project management major NBCC (India) Ltd. has signed an agreement with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) to spearhead the development of the ambitious Naveen Nagpur project. The collaboration is designed to transform the region into a modern urban hub with advanced infrastructure, residential clusters, commercial zones, and sustainable amenities.

State-owned NBCC Ltd has announced that it has secured a Rs 130.58 crore contract from North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd (NEEPCO) to develop a township in Shillong, Meghalaya. The project will be developed on a 21.66-acre land parcel acquired by NEEPCO in Umsawli, Mawdiangdiang, located in the heart of Shillong. The contract reflects NBCC’s growing role in both project management consultancy and real estate development. This new contract is a significant addition to the company’s portfolio, further solidifying its position in the infrastructure and construction sectors.
