Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one of the world’s largest jewellery retailers, has launched its most ambitious project yet: a state-of-the-art, fully integrated manufacturing facility in Hyderabad, Telangana. Marking a significant leap in the company’s production capabilities, the new plant is its largest globally and reaffirms India’s critical role in the company’s global operations. Spanning over 3.45 lakh square feet, the facility strengthens Malabar’s manufacturing infrastructure and reinforces Hyderabad’s growing prominence as a hub for high-end jewellery production.

Malabar Gold & Diamonds has reached a significant milestone by launching its 400th showroom in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, reinforcing its status as one of the world’s largest jewellery retailers. Malabar Gold & Diamonds Eyes 2027–28 IPO Amid Aggressive Global Expansion and Strategic Realignment

Malabar Gold & Diamonds, one of India’s largest jewellery retailers, is laying the groundwork for a public listing in the 2027–28 financial year. As part of its long-term strategic roadmap, the company is consolidating its legal entities in preparation for an initial public offering (IPO). Despite escalating gold prices, the Kerala-based brand targets a 20% revenue growth in FY 2025–26, up from Rs. 62,000 crore in the previous fiscal.
