ITC Hotels has expanded its boutique luxury portfolio with the opening of Storii Akanni Naina Tikkar, a new experiential retreat designed to appeal to travelers seeking serene, nature-driven getaways. Nestled in the scenic Naina Tikkar region, the property blends contemporary comforts with the charm of a secluded hillside escape. The launch is part of ITC’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its presence in the premium leisure segment, where demand for intimate resorts and wellness-focused stays has risen sharply.

ITC Hotels has posted a robust financial performance for the second quarter, with net profit soaring 74% to Rs 133 crore, reflecting strong recovery in the hospitality sector. Revenue growth was driven by higher occupancy rates, increased average room tariffs, and strong performance across premium and leisure properties. The company’s strategic focus on operational efficiency, brand enhancement, and cost management contributed to improved margins.

ITC Hotels has announced the signing of a management agreement for its latest property, Mementos by ITC Hotels Siliguri, located in West Bengal. This development strengthens the brand’s footprint in the state, bringing its total count of operational hotels to six, with another six in various stages of development. The launch of Mementos by ITC Hotels marks the brand’s entry into Eastern India, capitalizing on the surge in domestic tourism and the growing demand for immersive travel experiences, particularly in the wedding and hospitality segments.

India's hospitality landscape is witnessing significant expansion as two of the country’s premier hotel chains—ITC Hotels and Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL)—announced major developments in Telangana and Maharashtra. ITC Hotels signed an agreement to introduce its Welcomhotel brand in Hyderabad's Shankarpally area, marking its third property in the city. Meanwhile, IHCL inaugurated the 156-key Taj Alibaug Resort & Spa, its first property in Alibaug, a favorite getaway near Mumbai.

ITC Hotels Ltd reported a notable 19% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for the March 2025 quarter, reaching Rs. 257.85 crore, supported by improved revenues and operational efficiencies. The company’s revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,060.62 crore during the quarter, reflecting resilience in the hospitality sector amid a competitive landscape. Full-year performance also marked significant strides, with FY25 consolidated net profit climbing to Rs. 637.64 crore from Rs. 423.87 crore a year earlier.
