Brigade Enterprises Limited, one of India’s prominent real estate developers, has announced a major foray into Chennai’s residential sector with its newly launched project, Brigade Morgan Heights. Positioned strategically along the Sholinganallur-Medavakkam corridor, the 14.7-acre development encompasses 1,250 housing units and carries a projected gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 2,100 crore. Developed under a joint development agreement, the project spans a built-up area of 2.2 million square feet.
