Dodla Dairy Ltd, one of India’s prominent dairy companies, has announced the acquisition of Osam Dairy for Rs. 271 crore in an all-cash deal. This strategic move marks a significant step in Dodla's expansion into the eastern Indian market, specifically in Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal, where Osam has built a strong distribution and processing presence.
