Diamond Power and Infrastructure Ltd has announced the immediate resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Vinod Jain, citing unavoidable circumstances. The company has promptly appointed General Manager of Corporate Finance, Samir Naik, as interim CFO effective May 28, 2025, pending a permanent replacement. The announcement comes just days before the firm’s scheduled release of audited financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, which have now been postponed to May 30.
