By merging PropTiger’s transaction-led platform with Aurum’s proptech innovations, the deal aims to streamline customer experience across discovery, financing, and ownership.

Aurum PropTech has launched India’s first Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM-REIT), introducing a revolutionary model aimed at democratizing access to real estate investments. This pioneering initiative enables retail investors to participate in income-generating commercial real estate through fractional ownership, breaking down traditional barriers associated with high capital thresholds. The move aligns with recent regulatory reforms and signals a shift toward more inclusive, tech-driven property investment platforms.

Aurum PropTech Ltd, a key player in India's PropTech sector, has appointed Ashish Deora, founder and CEO of its parent company Aurum Ventures, as a non-executive director. In a recent regulatory filing, the company highlighted the appointment as a strategic move to drive its growth towards achieving Rs 1,000 crore in revenue. Deora, an alumnus of Harvard Business School, brings a wealth of experience across various sectors, including telecom, aviation, renewable energy, and real estate.
